The book is virtually finished, but with 1,000 entries there are surely things we have got wrong or have put the wrong emphasis on some topic, or even missed something important.
We have therefore decided to create ARCs (not for sale) which besides giving us some advance publicity will if sent to experts will at least enable us to get valuable feedback. We will probably issue the book formally around August 2024.
